Who Should Attend:
All Social Workers, Other Human Services Professionals, and Mental Health Professionals including: Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, CSAC's, and Case Managers.
Highlights of the 2010 Conference include:
Pre-Conference Institute on Thursday, March 4th with keynote speakers Glenda Lewis Fleming, MSW, ACSW, FAHM and J. Patrick Slifka, BA, MSW, LCSW, CSAT.

Laura Sessions Stepp, Washington Post Journalist and author of “Unhooked: How Young Women Pursue Sex, Delay Love, and Lose at Both," will present the Conference keynote address titled "Sex is the New Drug: What Social Workers and Other Adults Need to Know" on Friday, March 5th. Ms. Stepp will also conduct a 3 hour intensive training titled "How to Talk Sex: What Young People Need From You." She will also be holding a book signing on Friday, March 5th from 12:30 - 1:00 pm.

Virginia PACE, the political action committee of NASW-VA, is pleased to present an evening with Thomas Jefferson, Friday, March 5th, 6:30 pm.
Kiddie CEUS - While you enjoy top of the line workshops and the Annual Awards Luncheon, let your children enjoy an engaging and educational tour of Colonial Williamsburg. The 2010 Annual Awards Luncheon will honor and acknowledge the winners of the following awards: Social Worker of the Year, Public Citizen of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award, MSW Student of the Year, and BSW Student of the Year. Have someone you want to nominate? Submit the Awards Application by February 12, 2010.
