Highlights of the 2010 Conference include:

  • Pre-Conference Institute on Thursday, March 4th

  • Laura Sessions Stepp, Washington Post Journalist and author of “Unhooked: How Young Women Pursue Sex, Delay Love, and Lose at Both," will present the Conference keynote address Friday, March 5th. Ms. Stepp will also conduct a 3 hour intensive training.

  • Student Poster Session, good for 1 CEU, but space will be limited! For more information or submission requirements, click here.

All Conference participants will be given a discounted rate for passed to Colonial Williamsburg.

The Chapter is excited to be hosting this year’s Annual Conference at the luxurious, new Williamsburg Lodge, located just steps from historic Colonial Williamsburg. NASW-VA has been designated by the VA Board of Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors, as a pre-approved provider of professional continuing education programs for social workers and other mental health professionals.
